This position requires a Bachelors degree in Psychology or Social Work (with LSW) and a minimum of 1 year full-time experience working with serious and persistent mentally ill adults -OR- a Master degree in a Psychology or Social Work (with LGSW) with some experience or knowledge of adults with MI/CD. Responsibilities include providing mental health support services to MI/CD adults in their homes, community integration, medication monitoring, and crisis intervention. Hours are Mon-Fri days.
