  • ACT Team Coordinator (ACT TC) - South Metro Human Services has a FT position as a Team Coordinator on our Ramsey County Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team. This position provides professional, quality program services to the clients served by the ACT team. In addition to typing, filing, and scheduling, this person performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. This position also manages highly confidential and sensitive information. Deals with a diverse group of important external as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent; have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office programs for word processing and data management; excellent telephone organizational skills and be able to work as part of a team. Experience in health care or human services environment preferred. Hours are Mon- Fri 8am - 4pm.
