  • Accounts Payable (Accts Pay) - South Metro Human Services is hiring a part-time Accounts Payable staff person (20 hours per week) to be an important member of the Finance & Accounting team. This individual will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring payments are timely completed and expenses are controlled by receiving payment requests, statements & invoices, processing, verifying, recording, paying and reconciling A/P data according to established policies and procedures in an efficient and accurate manner. This individual will report directly to the Finance Director, and will interact daily with many outside vendors, department/program managers and staff. Candidate must have a minimum of a high school diploma along with at least 5 years experience performing accounting and Accounts Payable duties in a multi office environment. Experience with MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, QuickBooks and Square 9 software is preferred. Hours are 9am-1pm or 10am-2pm, preferably 5 days a week (20 hours). Starting pay: DOQ.
